Angelica Amador

Vice President of Business Development

With deep roots within George’s Welding Services since my early days, I’ve witnessed my parents’ tireless efforts to nurture a constructive workplace culture. Their dedication extends beyond professional output, embracing personal growth, well-being, and family life. Balancing these elements translates into exceptional work performance and a harmonious environment.

The heart of this industry lies in making unique visions a reality. Witnessing projects transform from ideas to completion brings me joy, especially considering the impact our work has on communities and users. The passion of ironworkers resonates deeply; I take pride in being part of the steel industry, a domain defined by love and respect for the craft.

My career aims to differ from the norm, driven by a selfless spirit. As a woman in the steel/construction sector, I aspire to inspire others to embrace their ambitions. In 5-7 years, I see myself mentoring young women and contributing to their success. Moreover, I envision our company expanding nationwide, understanding that broader horizons lead to greater achievements.

Describing myself in three words: compassionate, determined, and resilient. In this industry, I’ve learned that resilience is vital; unwavering focus and meticulous documentation are crucial. We design our future by staying at the forefront of trends, technology, and methodologies, embracing new territories with curiosity. Continual training, seminars, and certifications ensure our readiness.
