Collins Park Artist Workforce Housing

A 7-story housing complex that will provide 32-bed dormitory for Miami City Ballet dancers, 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and 80 residential units prioritized for income-eligible artists, educators, veterans, first responders and other Miami Beach employees with households that earn 120% or less of the area median income for Miami-Dade County.

This public-private partnership is partially funded through the Arts & Culture G.O. Bond Program and includes dormitory housing serving Miami City Ballet’s student dance education program and ground floor space for potential public, cultural or performing arts activations.
