Florida International University Parkview Phase II

The FIU Parkview Phase II is a housing project designed to offer 656 beds of student housing and 300 parking spaces for cars. Situated in the central southern area of the main campus, it will be conveniently located near food services, recreation centers, and student services. This location aims to provide students with a variety of living options, ranging from four-bedroom suites to single-occupant studios. Additionally, each residential floor will feature a lounge and group study room, enhancing the overall living and learning experience for students.
