The Miami Dade County and Probate Courthouse is a 25-story building with over 600,000 square feet of modern facilities. It features 46 jury courtrooms, shell spaces, and secure parking, making it one of Miami’s tallest government buildings. Designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, this courthouse promises to be a sustainable and efficient space. We are eager to see this project completed and fully operational.
