As we mark our 40th anniversary, we take pride in reflecting on our journey, celebrating our achievements, and reaffirming our dedication to innovation, quality, and community.

In 1984 Jorge Amador Sr. and Luz Amador, started George’s Welding Services Inc (GWS) with the vision to  provide unparalleled welding services to the construction industry. From our humble beginnings, we  have evolved into a comprehensive fabrication powerhouse, offering design, fabrication, and installation  services of structural steel and miscellaneous metals. 

Unquestionably, central to our success there is a dedicated team of professionals which hard work,  expertise, and passion have been instrumental in driving our growth and establishing a unique business  culture characterized by excellence and integrity. Rooted in the journey of Hispanic immigrants, we are  especially gratified by the diversity within our workforce, which includes a minority number of  international employees. Additionally, we take pride in our longstanding employees, some of whom have  been with us for over 25 years. 

Over the years, George’s Welding Services has left an indelible mark on the South Florida skyline,  contributing to some of the region’s most iconic projects like The Estates at Acqualina, Make-A-Wish Corporate Headquarters, Brightline  Aventura Train Station, and coming soon, Miami  Signature Bridge. Our involvement in projects of varying scales and complexities is a testament to our  capability to deliver outstanding results, no matter the challenge.
