L.A. Lee YMCA Mizell Community Center

The L.A Lee YMCA Mizell Community Center was a brand-new, four-story, 65,000 square foot community center. Situated in a historically African American community, this center is poised to serve its residents for generations to come. It boasts a range of features including a gymnasium, basketball courts, wellness centers, preschool area, black box theater, and more. Additionally, it offers 10 different food vendor booths and outdoor activities for the community to enjoy. “We are thrilled to share that our dedication and hard work have been honored with the ABC Excellence in Construction Award for 2022, as well as the prestigious ABC Project of the Year.
