Miami Signature Bridge

The I-395/SR836/I-95 project is a major infrastructure upgrade in downtown Miami, aimed at improving traffic flow and reconnecting the community. At its heart is “The Fountain,” a signature bridge that will redefine Miami’s skyline with six sweeping arches spanning 1,025 feet across NE 2nd Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard. The bridge’s largest arch will reach 325 feet in height and 650 feet across, creating a new landmark that symbolizes Miami’s growth and commitment to innovative infrastructure.

This project expands I-395 with three through-lanes in each direction and introduces separate connector ramps for smoother access to I-95 and Biscayne Boulevard. Additionally, reconfigured ramps to the local street network will enhance access for residents and businesses.
