University of Miami Centennial Village

Centennial Village is part of a multi-phase housing development designed to enhance the student living experience at the University of Miami. The project spans 522,000 square feet of residential space on Lake Osceola, the heart of the Coral Gables campus.

Starting with 1,725 beds of student housing and progressing to the scale of the floor, building, village, and campus. Centennial Village’s four Residential Colleges are designed to integrate with the campus architecture, connecting the campus while transforming the south side of Lake Osceola into a vibrant new hub of student life.
