7th Avenue Transit Village is a transformative, nine-story development in the heart of Liberty City, Miami. This project features 76 affordable apartment units and a structured parking facility with approximately 152 spaces. It combines residential, retail, and public services, including five bus bays and office space for Miami-Dade Transit. A significant addition to the area, the development includes a 22,278-square-foot, state-of-the-art community theater and ample retail space.
