The Estates at Acqualina redefines luxury waterfront living with its exceptional features. The North tower rises 52 stories, showcasing the stunning Casa di Mare penthouse, while the South Tower stands at 50 stories. This unique project offers 502 linear feet of private beachfront on 5.6 acres of meticulously designed grounds. Residents enjoy unparalleled amenities such as an ice-skating rink, Formula One simulator, golfing simulator, and more, providing unmatched comfort, elegance, and sophistication.
We encountered several challenges during this project, beginning with the high level of customization in the interior design, tailored to each owner’s specific requests. Additionally, assembling and installing the porte-cochere on-site posed difficulties due to its unconventional shape. Furthermore, we faced a six-month waiting period to receive the decorative scrolls from Italy for the railing, fences, and gates.
Despite the challenges this project presented, we persevered with meticulous craftsmanship and unwavering attention to detail. This dedication enabled us to overcome setbacks and successfully complete the project. The Estates at Acqualina stands as one of George’s Welding’s distinguished projects, earning both the ABC Excellence in Construction Award for 2023 and the ABC National Excellence in Construction Award for 2023.
