The Miami Beach EDITION

The Miami Beach EDITION and Residences has proven to be an iconic rebirth of the Seville Hotel, located in the heart of South Beach. Boasting 294 hotel rooms and 36 limited edition residences, this 19-story marvel leaves little to the imagination with luxurious and unique amenities, such as bowling alley and ice skating rink.

Due to the original hotel’s distinction and historical significance, certain structures and other elements remained true to the original 1955 design, including the Lobby’s white marble floors, gold mosaic title columns, and Matador room. The landmark property overlooking the Atlantic Ocean creates an unforgettable resort style experience.

This project will always hold a special place in our history as it granted us our first ABC Eagle Award.
