The Palmer Lakes Logistics Center is an innovative new project spanning 9.77 acres, featuring a three-story building. With a total area of 277,172 square feet designated for logistics operations across the first and second floors, and an additional 15,734 square feet allocated for offices on the first floor. Moreover, the facility boasts 328 employee parking spaces and 10 truck loading bays. The project also includes 42,360 square feet of open space specifically designated for plants and a relaxing environment for employees. Notably, this endeavor falls under our LEED certified constructions, showcasing a commitment to environmentally friendly practices within South Florida’s construction landscape.
